The resource center of the Pipe Industry of the Sergiev Posad College has become a platform for signing a multilateral agreement within the framework of the Federal Educational Program "Professor".
Together with Zagorsky Pipe Plant 25 educational institutions and strategic partners - enterprises of the real sector of the economy, which are guarantors of employment of future graduates, became participants in the agreement. The signed document launched the implementation of the large -scale federal project "Professor" in the region. As part of the implementation of the project, the ZTZ resource center will become the basis for the training of future specialists in the direction of Metallurgy, and the Zagorsky Pipe Plant is one of their future employers.

- the resource center of the Zagorsky Pipe Plant will become a strategic educational institution that will demonstrate the site of the Metallurgy industry throughout the Moscow region. We have everything we need for this: a modern material and technical base, workshops that are fully sharpened for real production, teaching staff, focused on teaching application skills in demand from a potential employer.

- the work of the Professor program is a clear sharpening for the employer and the use of a competencies designer, which makes the process of training future specialists more flexible. The project changes the structure of the federal professional educational standard. At the same time, a reduced period of study is assumed by eliminating duplicate disciplines and the possibility of a second -year student to employ a job at the enterprise .

- From September 1, students of the resource center of the pipeline industry will begin training as part of the Federal Professor Project. Over the three years of cooperation of the Zagorsky Pipe Plant, the second specialty has already been opening here with the Sergiev Posad College. The first was the specialty “Defectoscopist”, today it is planned to introduce the specialty “Metal processing technologies”. Licensing of an educational program is a difficult procedure that requires the mandatory availability of a material base and strategic partners, which is the ZTZ JSC. Such a network interaction that exists between our enterprise, college and the Ministry of Education speaks of our ability to help each other and work as efficiently as possible.
