Training and professional development programs for workers
Training Center of ZTZ JSC (licensed by the Ministry of Education of the Moscow region
(License No. 77193 dated 12.09.2017). The center specializes in providing and maintaining
level of personnel qualification, in accordance with the requirements of production.
Today, the center's tasks are:
Acquiring and improving knowledge and skills in connection with the growth of professional requirements
Professional development
development and implementation of joint programs training of specialists, taking into account the specifics;
targeted training of specialists for the needs of ZTZ JSC;
organization of internships for students of colleges in ZTZ JSC;
Involvement of employees of ZTZ JSC in the educational process;
vocational training, retraining and advanced training employees of ZTZ JSC, including at the training center of ZTZ JSC
